The second match of the qualifying series started with the brazilian surprise scoring the openning goal and the players showing great efforts to close tha gaps and reduce the spaces against the cuban team, which looked much more relaxed than the first game. However, the ability of the cuban players to move the ball quickly was enough to create the oppotunity to achieve the draw. Brasil was able to keep the match even during the remaining of the first half, bringing emotion to the game. After half time Cuba reaction gave them the control and confidence to keep brazilians out of their circle. Despite the brazilians defensive actions to keep the tight score, Cuba could manage to score and win the match by 8-1. Besides the convincing result for Cuba, the game had quite a few moments of passion and emotion because of the quick difference that was seen beetwen the teams. Adrenaline influenced quite importantly the player behavior. Anyway, with this result, Cuba confimed its ticket to the Pan American Games 2011 in Mexico.
