    Trinidad & Tobago vs. Barbados : 3 - 0 The Caribbean derby match opened the Hockey Tournament after an important delay due to bad weather. Both teams had a number of chances to net but it was Trinidad & Tobago who achieved the advantage through player #10, Stacey SIU BUTT after 27 minutes of play; SIU BUTT had an outstanding performance throughout the game. From that moment to the very end of the match her team gained the control of the game with a final result of 3-0, resulting from two more goals from Blair WYNNE; minute 39 and 49. Bermuda vs. Guyana : 0 - 0 Bermudian players opened the game with a number of opportunities in the circle but Guyana’s defence frustrated their ambitions to score.
