The Pan American Hockey Federation is pleased to invite all Member Associations to attend the 2025 PAHF Ordinary Congress and Forum, to be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, beginning at 08:00 AM, at the J.W. Marriott Hotel (19999 W Country Club Dr, Aventura, FL 33180), Miami, USA.
Each National Association (NA) may designate up to two delegates. One must be named Head of Delegation (voting representative) at the start of Congress. The Head of Delegation must be a citizen of the NA's country and must present a valid passport as proof of nationality.

CONGRESS DETAILS
- Amendments to the Statutes
- In accordance with Statute Article 3.3.1, the Board of Directors and/or any Member may propose alterations to the Statutes.
- Proposals must be submitted by August 17, 2025.
- Congress Agenda Items
- As per Statute Article 5.2 (b), any item a Member wishes to include on the Agenda must be submitted in writing with a brief explanation.
- Deadline for submissions: September 16, 2025.
- Board of Directors Elections
- According to Statute Article 6.2 (d), nominations for Board elections must be submitted by September 6, 2025, at 11:55 PM (MIAMI time).
- Candidates must be nominated by their own NA and must be citizens of that country.
- President (4-year term)
- Four Ordinary Members of the PAHF Board (2 women and 2 men – 4-year terms)
Open positions:
An official call for nominations will be issued separately.
