The second clash of the day showcased Mexico’s dominance. Controlling the game from start to finish, the Mexican side gave Paraguay no room to respond and secured a solid 5-0 victory, advancing to the playoff for fifth place.
Argentina 5 – 0 Chile (Semifinal)
In the first semifinal, Argentina demonstrated their strength and attacking power. Superior in all aspects of the game, the Albiceleste defeated Chile 5-0, earning their spot in the final and guaranteeing themselves a medal.
Canada 1 – 0 United States (Semifinal)
The day concluded with a true North American battle. The game remained goalless for almost the entire match, with both sides creating chances. Canada had the clearest opportunities but failed to convert until the closing moments. With just three minutes left, Satpreet Dhadda scored the decisive goal that secured Canada’s place in the final and a medal in the tournament.
