The Pan American Hockey Federation (“PAHF”) is a Continental, non-governmental, not-for-profit association formed under the laws of Venezuela in 1983 and certified as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of State of Florida, filed July 08, 2015. For sporting and representative effects on behalf of The International Hockey Federation.
The PAHF is recognized by the FIH as the sole Continental Federation and the authority for the governance and regulation of Hockey in the Americas. The PAHF works in collaboration with the FIH.
PAHF wishes to engage the services of an independent Sponsorship and Marketing Agent.
The Sponsorship and Marketing Agent will work on a commission-based system and will provide a Résumé that he/she has the required expertise and skills to deliver the sponsorship and marketing requirements of PAHF.
Scope of work:
Prepare a PAHF Portfolio of brand offerings (must be reviewed and authorized by PAHF) for prospective sponsors and partners at no cost.
Function as the PAHF agent to find, negotiate all contracts in consultation with PAHF of prospective sponsors.
Commissions paid to the Agent is be based on the following schedule:
- That a 10% commission fee will be paid for each sponsor
- That 5% will be paid if the Board use the portfolio to get a sponsor
The contract will be for two-years with the possibility of an extension.
Sponsorship and Marketing Agent shall act with honesty, integrity, professionalism at all times and shall agree to abide by the ethical principles, and rules set out in the PAHF and FIH Integrity Code and the IOC Code of Ethics and Olympic Charter. The Sponsorship and Marketing Agent shall discharge his/her responsibilities in good faith and in the best interests of the PAHF. The PAHF will not tolerate discrimination, violence or threatening behaviour in any form and such behaviour shall attract severe consequences, including termination of the contract.
